Early 20th Century Electrical 1 Ohm Resistor Test Piece in Wood, Bakelite, Rare

Offered for your consideration is this Leeds & Northrup electrical test piece. This “Total Decade Resistance” piece was made circa the early 20th Century by Leeds & Northrup who began making instruments in 1899.

This is a gorgeous scientific display piece boasting a beautiful polished wood cabinet, heavy bakelite with engraved serial number. Some paper ID label residue apparent on the wood surface that can be removed as per buyers choice.

Large bakelite indicator dial rotates properly and looks wonderful.
May even work, as it is in pristine cosmetic condition.
