VINTAGE 35MM CINEMA PROJECTION REEL. HUGE 42 INCH SIGNIFICANT WALL SCULPTURE

SKU: N/A
Availability: In Stock

Shown here for your consideration is this huge 42″ Vintage 35mm Cinema / Movie Projection Reel.

This reel as a Significant Wall Sculpture will grace any large wall as a sculptural piece from the Motion Picture Industry.

Circa mid 20th century, these were used to hold a multi reel feature film on one single reel for projection without changing reels or stopping the projector.

Comprised of a high quality aluminum fabrication, this American, Colorado, Made reel can easily be hung and can be polished to a gleaming shine or left with original patina as found and pictured here.

A wound length of 35mm film is available at no extra cost to enhance the reel’s display. Buyers choice.

This reel has the rare variegated multi hole design that involves much more machine work so increases the cost of fabrication.
The variegated holes make for a lighter reel for the projector to pull AND makes for a much prettier and special sculptural look when displayed in home or office.

Hard to find one like this.

This is the last one we can find of this impressive size. Very good original condition.

Smaller sized reels DO NOT have the impact of this huge 42″ wall piece.

A truly unique artifact of the motion picture industry.

NOTE:

Due to the nature of online photo reproduction we cannot be responsible for exact photographic color, hue, contrast and flash and non flash exposure accuracy in our photos. While we do our best to display photos that are as accurate as possible, our photos may or may not depict the absolute EXACT hue or color tone of our antiques due to the many variables in image photography, image exporting, image uploading and viewer monitor accuracy. Please ask about color tone and hue BEFORE buying, if this is a concern! We have a gallery showroom where all of our antiques are on display and we will gladly offer in person viewings of our antiques to any designers and buyers that need to ‘put eyes’ on our antiques.
